Family Shot
Dec. 25th
So…….
He CAN sit…..if he wants. I put him on the bed so i could put my shoes on and he didnt fall over or sruggle… AT ALL. Stinker
And he sorta wiggle/crawls….I havent seen him go far but he moved.
And I think he says “hey” and “hi”. We were coming out of the sleep room and Trixie came down the hall. When he saw her he said “hi”. What happened to Mama? Dada? or “Bubu”???
She is welcomed by “big” brothers Will, Lucas and Big Sister Mia.
The reality is she is older than everyone. The docs put her in the 10-15 age range. She is in great health though, but only has 3 teeth.
My good friend took her in when her neighbor found her. They put up fliers and posted ads on Craig’s List. They tried for a month to find her home but no luck. We decided to take her in and when we took her to the vet she didnt have a chip :(.
She’s currently peeing in our hallway.
That’s our only problem. She wants to play with Kitty but she wants non of that.
Let’s see….what else……The boys like her……We like her too
I think that’s it .
This is going to be a pretty gross story so stop now if you don’t wanna hear some gore. I’m sure there is lots of gore in store for this blog since we have two boys now.
Anyways…Charlie goes out to make the coffee this morning and realized Mia (kitty) was locked in the pantry. No biggie. She obviously didnt mind because it didn’t keep us up all night.
Well…there was good reason. I go in to make Will’s lunch, open the pantry and this awful smell takes over. My thought is, maybe something perishable was put there by mistake? I look around and my eyes go down……YUCK! Dead mouse. I won’t get into too many details, but I roll off and tell Charlie he needs to get in there. He about gags when he sees it too.
After it was already in a bag, Will wanted to see it and apparently was upset that it was missing something….
Charlie used so much OdoBan in there but it still stinks (oh and she peed in there too!)…anyways, I have a candle burning to help mask it. And it’s airing out (we left the door open).
YUCK-YUCK-yUCK.
Will is definitely getting more and more…..well…I dunno what he’s getting but it’s kinda funny sometimes. At least once a week if not 4 times he tells me He doesnt like me anymore and that I am “mean all the days”.

Will woke up screaming around 4 am saying his ear hurt. He said he wanted to go to the doctor right then. We told him we couldnt do that but we gave him tylenol and ear drops we got back in July when he had his last infection.
At 8 am we called White Glove (Doctors and NPs that come to your home!!!) and they came out at 10 am!!
How cool is that!?? They even brought a “goodie bag” (soup, gatorade, crackers, cough drops, etc). Oh and to make it even better, they had the antibiotic on hand so we didnt have to go to the pharmacy!!
They won’t treat under 2, but this is a totally cool setup! We also don’t have me (mom) on the plan, but now that I see how smooth it works, it’s tempting…..
I was talking to Patti about cameras and it reminded me of something Will said. We were cleaning the garage at the Cap Rock house and Will found some old pictures of Charlie in the Boy Scouts. He came to us excited and said something about look at these pictures, they are on paper. lol
Lucas the baby hedlin, had a very runny nose and if you ever saw him, you would wish it froze
(or Charle’s version: You would even say it flows!)
You can clickthe picture to make it ever so slightly bigger, lol.
Can you believe that?!
Really?
How dd that happen.
Well, it’s true. William is now the big “4″ and he’s lovin’ it ![]()
Well….that may be pushing it, but sure!! He scoots on his back. Bends his legs and pushes. lol
I’ll try and get it on video
will said i have to stop smelling like spoiled milk
must not forget breastpads……………..
eta…..YES, I wash my bra and change it daily, lol. It’s just when he eats on one side…the other … well… you get the idea. ![]()
Friday night we went to a football game. Shiner is in the playoffs and slaughtered Goldwaithe. They were playing here in Pflugerville, so we met Cris and the girls. They then came back here and spent the night.
I wasn’t planning on going, bu when I was at the store I ran into a girl I went to school with (hi, Katie!) and found out she was going because her little (ok, not so much anymore) brother was playing and a senior!
We haven’t seen each other since about 97 and have boys that are 4ish. It was great. And cold. Will had a blast; I think Charlie liked it……..
During half time another classmate showed up. . . and we live all of 5 minutes from each other and both have 5-6 month old sons… That should be fun!!
Saturday morning SHawn and Mark came over and the boys knocked out a large part of the trench and Shawn hung stuff on the wall for me.
My mom, Leon and sister came for the day too
Other things are going relatively well. Lucas is actually napping
(as of yesterday). Will still loves school.
