Well I guess that’s better than clorox and a bagel?! Which is what my pregnant neighbor’s mom asked me for yesterday……apparently someone had a craving and the showers needed to be cleaned .:D
I almost ruined 1/2 of Wills clothes and 4 pair of DH BEST khakis…he only has 7 pair to start with.

How, you may ask?! Well I was THINKING to myself how it would suck if I ever poured clorox instead of clorox 2 into the whites….I bet you know where this is going. I yanked the washer open and water went everywhere and I threw everything into the sink. I think I lucked out and the bleach hadn’t made it into the the machine yet  (i pour it into a dispenser and it goes in on it’s own)

We spent about 2.5 hours at the park and Will lost his FIRST EVER matchbox size car. It’s not the first he’s lost but the first we bought him. We bought it sooo long ago that it sat in a drawer for about 6 months before he ever got more and then we refound it. I told him he’d lose it and sure enough he buried it in the rocks and it’s gone. I know the general vacinity it is in and it’s too hot for that many people to be there between now and this evening so when DH gets home he is going to go and help us look!

We went to the store for a few things and got will a hummer and kyak toy. He feel asleep on the way home and slept a good hour or two. We woke up and IMMEDIATLY said “MY HUMMER!!”

First piece of gum (about 2-3 weeks ago)… he chewed this thing FOREVER and was really good with it.

It made me really nervous though, so I don’t think he will get one again anytime soon!

I am REALLY behind on updates and pictures. Here are two for now….more to come.

Latest Fun Toddler Stuff:

When I accelerate Will tells “Mommy drives fast!”

We drove by a cow and Will informed me that COWS MAKE FOOD!

He decided his name was now Brittany and on another occasion that his name was MAC.

Cristin called a truck a car and Will QUICKLY informed her that “IT’s A TRUCK, CRISTIN!”

On the 23rd when the sun started to go down Will told us that it was getting dark so we had to sleep again!

He looooooove to ride on the “escagator”

• he found an empty gift card and sad, “look mommy! I have money!”.
• He put on his new Thomas backpack and said he was going to work.
• INSISTED on a PINK car…. so we had to search for one… I found one, but it certainly wasn’t in the boy section.

There are more but these are the only ones I wrote down.

I need to be better at writing these, so I don’t forget.

I’ll post new pics of Will soon but a quick update, if I can remember.

• walks backwards “just like, Mater, Mommy!”
• he’s been doing it for a while but he likes to group similar matchbox cars (same make and model, identical matches, same color, etc.)
• He tries to put my chair together now, I have to guide the wheel so he still thinks he’s doing it himself…. it’s sweet but not so fun in the heat.

I know there is more but I am not remembering right now.

Friday.

Drove to my moms. Hung out a little, left around 2….got the Beaumont somewhere between 6 and 8?!
I think it was closer to 6 because DH was still at work when I called him.

On our way we stopped in Houston and drove by my Grandma’s old house.

Checked into the hotel and they couldn’t find a shower bench. They guranteed it too….I thought I was going to have to check out and into another but the manager called WalMart and went to get one.

We unloaded and went to see the baby. He slept the whole time but he was soo cute. Came back and crashed. Will slept with Brittany. BIG surprise there

Saturday

Tried calling my brother…. didn’t ever get him. Saw my step mom. Kids played in the pool ( I made them stay out of the hot tub… it didn’t look that clean and Jen’s recent battle with Staph skeeered me!!!) Went to see the baby. Had dinner with the twins, 4 of my BFF, their husbands and kids. I think there was 17? 18? of us. I tipped well on my portion of the ticket.

Will slept with Britt. AGAIN!

Sunday.

Saw my other nephew, Shane. Saw the baby again.
Took a looooooong detour through Galveston so the kids could ride the ferry. Was soooo tired from riding all day. Crashed at my moms. Thankfully she had A/C in my room.

Monday.

Came home and cleaned. Josh came over and helped DH hang the TV in our room. It used to sit on our dresser but I got tired of it taking up room so we got a mount.

Tuesday.

shopped for Groceries and 2 of my BFF came into town (yes, two of the 4 had dinner with) with their kids, made pizza, played, talked, yada, yada.

Wednesday.

Went to South Park Meadows and played, ate and shopped. I had to drive around for an hour because Will and the two younger kids feel asleep. We knew they would wake up if we tried to get them out. Came home, started dinner, played, etc. The 3 of us girls stayed up talking until 2 pm. Right after we went to bed one of the girls found out her grandma passed away. We knew earlier in the night it might happen.

Thursday.

Her Grandma dying cut the trip short so now I am updating. AND Will had his first piece of gum.
